I worked with the folks at Metro Vancouver Regional Parks to develop a comprehensive interpretive plan for their public programming.
It was a big job. They were interested in evaluating their geographic approach (they have many parks over a huge physical area), programming styles, their relationships with their existing and potential audiences, their professional development framework, and more.
