Hello friends,

About ten years ago, I left my government job as a visitor experience planning advisor to spend a year travelling the globe. I saw incredible places, and spent much of that time thinking, learning, and writing about heritage and nature tourism. In early 2015, I returned home and set up shop as an independent interpretive planner and visitor experience advisor. I haven't stopped working since.

I’m passionate about helping heritage and nature tourism sites boost their relevance, create meaningful connections with visitors, enhance visitor satisfaction, and build more sustainable revenue. Let me know how I can be useful to you.

Thanks for reading my newsletter.
